Empowering New Orleans Youth
At the UTH Foundation, we believe every young person in New Orleans holds boundless potential. Inspired by our founder, Artist La Reezy, we're dedicated to solving the opportunity gap by guiding youth to intentionally channel their time into positive, purposeful pathways, transforming creativity into lasting success.

UTH Foundation: Creative Pathways to Success
Our founder, Khayree Salahuddin (Artist La Reezy), built his eclectic music career and successful business, La Reezy, LLC, by mastering discipline, vision, business acumen, and leveraging technology—often outside traditional academic systems. This lived experience fuels the UTH Foundation's mission: to deliver educational programming, workshops, mentorship, and support, equipping young people with the skills and resources to responsibly cultivate creative and entrepreneurial pathways.

More Than Youth Development: BUILDING FUTURE LEADERS.
UTH Foundation recognizes that today's youth are tomorrow's civic leaders, entrepreneurs, and culture-shapers. Unlike other organizations, we provide structure, belonging, mentorship, and economic clarity that transform creativity into capacity—and capacity into security. We're building future leadership infrastructure by intentionally using time to foster innovative and persistent young leaders.

Creating Systemic Change in New Orleans
We envision young people emerging from UTH Foundation with a clear professional trajectory, income-generating skills, and leadership capacity that will profoundly benefit the entire New Orleans community. This is the systemic change we design to measure and expect, empowering a new generation to drive positive, lasting impact.
"Belonging is not an abstract concept — it is a strategic design principle."
When young people operate in environments that welcome their ideas and respect their lived realities, they are more likely to innovate, persist, and lead. This is the UTH Foundation difference.
